It may be possible for you to go to work and keep your health benefits through a program called CommonHealth through MassHealth.

You can also call a Community Work Incentive Coordinator (CWIC) who are certified and can help you make sense of employment and benefit-related issues. They can speak to you on the phone or meet with you to discuss your situation.
