Disability Statistics

American Fact Finder

A robust online resource tool for several American facts based nationally, regionally, state, locally, etc. Click “Advanced Search”, “Show me all”,  then type in a topic “Disability.” 5-year estimates are more accurate. Further narrow your search by utilizing the left nav (i.e. search by state) .

Bureau of Labor Statistics Report

Comprehensive data around Labor force participation and unemployment on page 4. More slices can be found on pages 7+. It’s updated annually once previous data comes out in January.  You cannot filter/dynamic search.

Disability Statistics.org

Cornell University provides a user friendly online resource tool for Disability Statistics that pulls from ACS data. You can filter by prevalence, employment, poverty, etc.
