Chris Nagle was born with reduced irises in both eyes, but that has not limited him to see his abilities as a web specialist at ICI, University of Massachusetts Boston.
Before joining ICI, Chris studied computer science and gained experienced as a web developer during internships for companies such as Nestle, Kellogg and Pepsi. At ICI, he manages the technical side of business including drafting applications for job development seminars and trainings. He is also the go-to guy for managing any special projects that arise. Accommodations help Chris do his job, including Braille on office doors and electronic copies of documents to make it easier to review on the computer.
“I have grown significantly at ICI. It is always a joy to learn and to find out new things and improve the way they’ve been doing old things.”
“I am successful now but know there is a lot more for me to accomplish,” Chris says. His long-term goals are to find innovative computer solutions to solve challenging problems and puzzles of all kinds.
