Lindsay Bliznik , Employer Engagement & Education Specialist

Lindsay Bliznik, M.Ed., M.A. (she/her) is an Employer Engagement & Education Specialist with the Work Without Limits Business Network at UMass Chan Medical School and a Senior Program Manager on the Inclusion & Engagement team at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. With more than 15 years of experience in education and organizational learning, Lindsay specializes in designing and delivering educational programs that help organizations build more inclusive, equitable, and accessible workplaces.

At Dana-Farber, Lindsay developed institute-wide learning initiatives that strengthen inclusive leadership and workplace culture. She led the development of the Institute's Allyship at Work course and co-developed the Disability Awareness curriculum. She also serves as a leader on Dana-Farber's Disability Competent Care Committee, where she has helped advance disability-inclusive practices through workforce education, cross-functional collaboration, accessibility initiatives, and the development of resources that improve both the employee and patient experience.

In her role with Work Without Limits, Lindsay will partner with employers to expand disability inclusion through education, consulting, and strategic engagement, helping organizations create workplaces where individuals with disabilities can thrive. She is passionate about equipping leaders with practical strategies that foster belonging, remove barriers, and create meaningful opportunities for all.
