Ashleigh Hesler , Senior Work Incentives Counseling Supervisor, Work Incentives Planning and Assistance (WIPA)

Ashleigh Hesler joined the Work Without Limits team in 2024 as Senior Work Incentives Counselor. She brings extensive experience in benefits counseling, including four years as a Community Work Incentives Counselor (CWIC) on a WIPA grant and additional experience as a Community Partner Work Incentives Coordinator (CPWIC) serving State Vocational Rehabilitation Agency clients.

Prior to joining Work Without Limits, Ashleigh worked as a Claims Specialist for the Social Security Administration (SSA), where she deepened her expertise in federal and state programs. Her time at SSA reinforced her passion for working directly with individuals with lived experience and supporting them in achieving financial independence and employment goals.
