Kathy Petkauskos , Executive Director, Workplace Equity and Inclusion, Director, Work Without Limits

Kathleen A. Petkauskos is Executive Director of Workplace Equity and Inclusion and Director of Work Without Limits at ForHealth Consulting, a division of UMass Chan Medical School. She oversees programs that promote disability inclusion and address critical healthcare workforce needs, including PCA recruitment, home health train-the-trainer programs, provider forums, respite care coalitions, and medical interpreter training. Kathleen also leads Work Without Limits, a statewide network dedicated to increasing employment for people with disabilities. She serves on several Massachusetts commissions and advisory boards and is recognized nationally for her leadership in disability employment and mentoring.
