Managing and Supporting the Neurodivergent Employee   (1 hour)

Introduction to Neurodiversity training is required as a prerequisite.

This training is delivered in collaboration with Sammie Kelly, Founder of Beyond Neurodiversity. 

After attending Introduction to Neurodiversity, people leaders will dive deeper into practical tools they can implement to understand and effectively respond to the needs of their neurodivergent employees.

After completing this training, participants will be able to:

  • Utilize specific tools to identify strengths and barriers that neurodivergent employees experience
  • Implement communication changes for clarity, expediency, and consistency with all employees – not just the neurodivergent
  • Employ “curiosity first” scripts to deepen their understanding of what supports an employee may need, what strengths they can leverage, and what structures may need to change
